- When getting success or reference letters, make sure that they focus on factual information (specifics as opposed to “how nice you were”) that enables a new prospect to look at it clearly and see exactly what was done, and in particular what went beyond the expected.

So use it as part of the close in order to create a great Customer Relationship.
